Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States and Canada.

Cost: Free tracked shipping on every order.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: After processing, delivery usually takes 5–11 business days. Delays can happen during holidays or customs checks.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs and duties: Canadian orders may be charged sales tax (GST/HST) and a handling fee by Canada Post at delivery; these are paid by the customer.

Wrong address: Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change your address. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

Lost or late package: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, email us at clearlyhandy.help@gmail.com and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
